We are a Private Company, Operating and Investing in Real Estate for over 10 Years.
We have a collective skillset of Investment, Design, Development, Asset & Facility Management.

We source single asset opportunities for our investors to participate in, to create real estate portfolios that we actively manage to maximize the investment returns for our investors. Opportunities may be single assets, syndicate investments or portfolio investments depending on the risk and return profile required by the investor.

REGAP invests directly in all assets with our investors to align interests and goals of the investments. 

Design, Development, Facility Management

REGAP has internal skillsets to design and develop real estate investments and then manage the asset to ensure the asset meets the quality of service and upkeep it requires from our investors.

Real Estate Investment

We assess real estate investment opportunities depending on risk and return and comfort to deliver and manage the asset.

Portfolio Management

We actively manage our assets and set up online portfolio management for our investors reporting on the performance of each asset and each portfolio.

Asset Management

As a part of the service we will manage the asset to get the best returns for investors. This may include the sale of the asset or repositioning of the asset to create the best value for the investment group.
